	With easy stair access, the house is located just a few feet above the ocean, across a small river, and away from the main activity area of the beach... just where the river and ocean meet.
The casa has two, fully furnished suites that encompass the building's span. Each suite has a large bedroom, a kitchen/living room area, full bath and full terrace. Includes a common washer-dryer room and a barbecue, outdoor sitting area... Ideal for "kicking back" in comfort and style, to enjoy the tropical ambience... perhaps romantic moments... or just a sense of escape from the stresses of modern life.
	Casa Boca del Rio, in Boca de Tomatlan, 10 miles (16kms) south of Puerto Vallarta, serves as the perfect base to explore the magical coast of Mexico's "Bay of Flags", or as known locally... "Bahia de Banderas".
